    • 14.1: Introduction
      A more advanced array is a multidimensional array. A multidimensional array can be thought of as multiple columns in a spreadsheet.
    • 14.2: Array Declaration
      Multidimensional array declaration is very similar to single-dimension array declaration. The type of the array is defined followed by the size or dimension, which in this case requires a size for each dimension.

      To access elements in an array, the array name and the an index must be specified.

      In this example, we will write a Fortran program that will request a count, generate count (x,y) random points, and perform a Monte Carlo pi estimation based on those points.
